In one of the most exclusive district of North Rome, inside an elegant cottage from the early 1900s that in the past was already restructured by us, one again the Engineering Solutions Team was committed to the restyling and upgrade of its systems. The new owner did not know about our previous work so by turning to us he could indeed benefit from our past experience. Having found all the systems still perfectly working had therefore allowed to optimized time and costs of the realization and upgrade of the systems.

In one of most historical and fascinating Roman street, in the heart of Rione Ponte, the renovation of an amazing three-level residence comes to life through an harmonious fusion between architecture and engineering: a 19th century building whose frescos and ceilings were recovered thanks to the ancient trompe l’oeil technique from the Renaissance period. The entire project is designed respecting the residence important historical background: high tech and architecture are able to work in synergy making this place sophisticated, despite its precious antiquity.

An architectural project of an extremely high level did not hinder the development of a system that monitors and manages an entire prestigious residence with simplicity through domotic keyboards and apple devices.

The villa, presently undergoing construction work, is located in a residential zone of Rome North, is on a site where an apartment block previously stood.

The classic residence, designed as a succession of areas, is totally broken down and reinvented here, introducing innovative materials and technology, above all creating a new vessel, where every space converses harmoniously with the adjacent one creating an unicum.

On the top floor of a elegant residence block in Parioli – Rome, the Customer Makes full use of the characteristic brightness of the attic giving ample breathing space to living areas distinguished by the sharing of two architectural souls, one classical, one modern.

The project united the requirements of the lady of the house with functionality, leaving the elegance of the furnishing and of the innumerable works of’ art exhibited inside it intact.
