GENERAL DESCRIPTION PLACE AND DESIGN

The villa is located in a residential zone of Rome North where an apartment block previously stood.
The purpose of the renovation was  to create a good living and flowing space between the living rooms and the outdoor thanks to a systems of connecting rooms, also in order to privilege and highlight the architectural beauty.
The owner, a technology lover, already  chose a series of entertainment electronic solutions, but It will be our duty to complete this scenario with Audio Video Entertainment and Home Automation System through which all the entertainment features will be controlled with touch panels and practical wireless controllers throughout the residence.
